Justin Bieber Visits California State Prison Visit With His Pastor & Hailey

Bieber visited the LA County prison to meet with a group of inmates & learn about the maximum-security institution's faith-based programs.

Last week, Justin Bieber visited Los Angeles County's California State Prison to meet with a group of prisoners involved in a seminary program and learn about the maximum-security institution's faith-based initiatives.
