Imani K. from New York was the winner of the Propeller experience to "Win a Trip to HRC's National Dinner in DC" that took place in October 2022. Below are some of Imani's highlights from the experience.
Some highlights from the trip were the tour of the HRC headquarters where I enjoyed learning about the history and trajectory of the organization and the National dinner where we enjoyed watching Vice President Kamala Harris speaking.
The restaurants that we had vouchers to were honorable mentions in our trip the food was great at all of them. The hotel was nice and in a very central location that we took some time to explore and it was very comfortable.
