About 87 Foundation

The 87 Foundation draws it's namesake from the 87 years that one of Denver's most iconic music venue was open, El Chapultepec. We intend to ignite the conversation of nighttime economy in budding cities through lessons learned from the near century that the once established venue was open, and what an establishment with patina would look like if it existed with current climbing real estate rates. Additionally, we aim to preserve and cultivate cultural landmarks by setting the table for local artists and established developers to identify community needs together for the next 100 years.

In order to sustain operations, Propeller typically retains a small fee from any revenue earned by a cause that uses the platform.
