Jordan High School is working with Young Producers Group (YPG) to provide its students with a top-notch music technology program. About 50 students at the school are currently enrolled in daily classes where they learn how to use Ableton Live music production software. Students learn about beat-making, recording, sampling, synthesizers, and performing over the course of a year. The YPG curriculum is all about developing creative confidence and gaining crucial media literacy skills while making original music.
