If when you think of Peru, you might envision shamanic gatherings where you drink a plant that makes you violently trip out while volcanically spewing from your ears... right before you reach spiritual clarity.

Fortunately or unfortunately, our itinerary does not involve any heavy psychedelics.

It does however include seriously good ceviche, cultural treasures, pristine beauty, indigenous communities, and wildlife like you’ve never seen.

Oh, and you’ll get to trek to one of the New7Wonders of the World: Machu Picchu.

Begin your journey in the enchanting city of Lima, touring the renowned museums offering everything from edgy modern art, to 18th century artifacts. Follow the sounds of tropical beats to the crowded nightclubs, or grab a casual dinner in the chic suburb of Miraflores.

Explore the region's oldest continuously inhabited city of Cusco; its streets lined with picturesque cathedrals and quaint market places where you can barter with the locals for a traditional hand-woven poncho. Roam Peru’s Andean highlands and travel through terraced valley walls.

After you’ve eaten your weight in ceviche and put your poncho on, it’s time for your 4-day trek on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

Travel along rugged land through lush forests and subtropical mountains to breathtaking vistas. Catch sunrise from the infamous Sun Gate, an archeological site that was once a fortress of the sacred city. Continue on through a forest of clouds to Machu Picchu.

Return to the city in time for a well-deserved pisco sour after experiencing South America’s most renowned hike. Good luck.
