Propeller is looking for a dedicated, personable, and hyper-organized Campaigns Manager to directly oversee logistics for every aspect of our campaigns.

THE POSITION

Propeller is seeking a personable, energetic, and hyper-organized Campaigns Manager to directly oversee logistics for every aspect of our influencer campaigns. This position is Propeller's version of a tour manager.

The candidate will need to be meticulous with details, comfortable talking to clients and Propeller team members and following up for what's needed from them, must be a quick and clear communicator, and have the ability to travel from time to time.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the point person for Propeller and communicate with both external and internal teams to coordinate logistics once we get approval for a campaign.
  • Bottomline administration and project management for assigned campaigns.
  • Organize and help facilitate meetings to go over outstanding and upcoming action items for the team.
  • See every aspect of our campaigns through from inception to fulfillment.
  • Write copy and organize partner assets for campaigns.
  • Provide our partners with timely campaign updates and final reports.
  • Be ready to pitch-in wherever and however else you're needed!

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Ideal candidates will be hyper-organized, work well under deadlines, and be a strong communicator. Experience with project management tools is a plus. As is a love of music and a commitment to activism.

Candidates should expect to travel, sometimes on short notice, and be willing to work a flexible schedule. The candidate also has to have the confidence to make quick decisions in high pressure situations.

Outstanding communication and organization skills are a must. Previous project management experience is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience and comfort with online platforms and tools such as CRM, CMS, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Suite, etc.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills. Able to work on multiple campaigns at once and adapt quickly to changes in plans;
  • Eagerness to learn, be challenged and take on new ideas.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

COMPENSATION

Salary is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually and is based on experience. If you have specific salary expectations, please include them with your application.

Denver, CO or Nashville, TN preferred. Remote possible for the right candidate.
