In response to the passing of North Carolina's radical anti-LGBTQ+ law, HB2, also known as the Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act, Bruce Springsteen announced that he would be cancelling his show in Greensboro, NC. The artist took to social media to make the announcement and express his disagreement with the law, which dictates which bathrooms transgender people are permitted to use and limits the rights of LGBTQ+ citizens to sue when their human rights are violated in the workplace.
